Solution
Go to Start > Run or process Windows Key + R. Type GPEdit.msc and click 'OK'. On the left go to 'Computer Configuration' > 'Windows Settings' > 'Security Settings' > 'Local Policies' > 'Security Options'. Find the item 'User Account Control: Only elevate executables that are signed and validated', double click it and select 'Disabled'.
